Welcome to Mountspeak These terms explain what you're agreeing to when you use our site. We've tried to write this in plain language — if anything's unclear, just reach out to support@mountspeak.com.
By using www.mountspeak.com, signing up as a Partner Agency, or booking a tour through our platform, you agree to the terms below.

What Mountspeak Is
Mountspeak is a technology platform. We give travel agencies their own branded website, a booking engine, and payment tools. We're not a travel agency ourselves — we don't run the tours, and we're not a party to the booking contract between you and the agency you book with. Every trip you book is a direct agreement between you and that Partner Agency.
Using the Platform
You must be 18 or older to use Mountspeak. If you're signing up a travel agency, you're confirming you have the authority to do that on the agency's behalf.
If you're a Partner Agency, you agree to:
- List accurate prices, availability, and tour details
- Hold any licenses or permits your agency needs to legally operate (including permits for trekking or restricted areas, where required)
- Honor confirmed bookings at the price and terms shown at checkout
- Respond to traveler questions and complaints promptly
- Pay your subscription fee on schedule
If you're a Traveler, you agree to:
- Give accurate contact and payment details when booking
- Read the specific cancellation and refund policy of the agency you're booking with — these are set by each agency and can differ
- Follow any health, fitness, or documentation requirements the agency sets for your trip
Bookings & Payments
Prices and cancellation policies are set by each Partner Agency, not by Mountspeak. Payments are processed through JazzCash and Easypaisa — we don't see or store your full card number, wallet PIN, or banking password; that information goes directly to the payment provider.
If an agency doesn't honor a confirmed booking, your first point of contact is that agency. We'll help where we reasonably can, but we don't guarantee any agency's performance.
What We're Not Responsible For
We provide the platform "as is." We can't guarantee it'll never go down or have a bug, though we work to keep it reliable and secure. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees a Partner Agency has paid us in the past 12 months — we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost bookings.
Account Suspension
We can suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, not paying fees, fraud, or harming other users. You can close your own account any time, but it doesn't cancel obligations you've already taken on (like honoring a confirmed booking).
Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms occasionally — we'll give Partner Agencies at least 14 days' notice of any major changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Punjab.
