By using www.mountspeak.com, signing up as a Partner Agency, or booking a tour through our platform, you agree to the policy below.

What We Collect
From Partner Agencies
- Business name and registration details
- Contact info
- Login credentials
- Payout/bank details
- Tour content you upload (photos, itineraries, pricing)
From Travelers
- Your name, email, and phone number when you book
- Trip details like dates and group size
- ID details if an agency or local law requires them (e.g., for trekking permits)
- Payment confirmation data — never your full card number or wallet PIN
From everyone
- Basic device and browser info
- Cookies (see Cookies section)
How We Use It
We use your information to run bookings, process payments, provide customer support, keep the platform secure, send you confirmations and updates, and meet our legal/tax obligations. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
- The Partner Agency you're booking with — they need your details to fulfill your trip
- JazzCash and Easypaisa — to process your payment
- Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, support tools), under confidentiality agreements
- Authorities, only if legally required
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking and payment records as long as required by tax and accounting rules (typically several years). Account data is kept while your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after for resolving any open issues. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who internally can access sensitive data, and never let full payment details touch our servers — that all goes straight to JazzCash/Easypaisa. No system is 100% bulletproof, but if something ever goes wrong, we'll let you know.

We use cookies to keep the site working (you can't turn these off), to understand how people use the site (you can opt out), and to remember your preferences. Your browser settings let you manage most of this.

Kids
Mountspeak isn't meant for anyone under 18. If a minor is traveling, a parent or guardian needs to be the one booking and managing that booking.
